This was one of our favourite places to stay during our trip. The chilling area on the first floor is so nice! It has a real cozy atmosphere. The double rooms are wonderful, it feels like glamping. We had to fight for the upper room going up with the ladder ;-) There are two bathrooms, this is enough for the number of rooms. They were clean and the view is great when you are taking your ‘outside’ shower! The owner is vey friendly and organised our trip for mount Ijen and the transfer to the harbour. No hassle… Breakfast was simple but good quality. Staying in a real bamboo house was very special to us. We would definitely have loved to stay more nights if it would have been available!

Atmosphere is amazing, beautiful decor, very natures places, good views, peaceful, staffs are very helpful, prepare everything for me, gave a lot of information, prepare everything that i need, even woke up at 3AM to take taxi for me to Ijen, then taxi to Harbour to go to Bali

The bungalow was romantic and beautiful, the most amazing place we stayed on Java. The staff was also incredibly helpful in helping us organize a tour of the volcano and then changing those plans when we had a medical emergency.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, love the arcitecture with the bamboos. i booked for 3 rooms, one is bungalow and another room is private room. the facilities very good, all the staff very helpfull. maybe if one day i visit Banyuwangi, i will back to this hotel.

An extraordinary sanctuary where the village meets the jungle, set back amongst luscious green leaves and sitting on the banks of a small river, the bamboo structures harmoniously complemented their natural surroundings. At night you fall asleep listening to the peaceful sounds of water coursing over stone and night creatures calling to one amongst the trees. Muji who helps run the place was an accommodating and thoughtful host and went out of his way to be helpful. He was also a terrific guide and great company on our hike up to the Ijen crater. Highly recommend Bamboo and B.

Amazing treehouse!! So beautifully made and in the nature with fantastic view. Close to Kawah Ijen. Super helpful and sweet staff. Great breakfast. We loved this place a lot

Beautiful location, well-equipped with mosquito nets over beds. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They organised an amazing guide for the Ijen hike for an great price.

You do have to know that you'll be sleeping without one wall. that means in direct contact with the nature. So the occasional bug is to be expected, but it is an amazing place for trully tropical getaway.
