Let's take you on a stunning roadtrip between Andalsnes and Geiranger passing by the iconie Trollstingen road with its 11 hairpin turns.

Norway is definitely one of those countries that keeps drawing us back. With its towering mountains, spectacular fjords, wild beaches, scenic roads, and the almost limitless freedom to travel close to nature, every trip there has left us with incredible memories.
Our first Norwegian adventure took us all the way north to the legendary Lofoten Islands archipelago. During this road trip, we crisscrossed the roads in a rental car, with a tent in the trunk and a burning desire to explore. Between camping by the fjords, spectacular hikes, and sometimes unpredictable weather, this trip was an intense immersion in one of Europe’s most beautiful regions.
A few years later, the call of Norway came again. In 2026, we set off on a completely different kind of adventure: a two-month road trip in a camper van starting from Switzerland, exploring the south and west of the country. This time, the idea was to take more time, explore lesser-known regions, venture off the beaten path, and discover another side of Norway.
Over the course of our travels, we’ve compiled all our practical tips, itineraries, road trip stories, hiking ideas, and favorite spots in this section to help you plan your own adventure. Whether you’re dreaming of the Lofoten Islands, the grand fjords of the west, or the hidden gems of the south, you’ll find all the resources you need here to explore Norway on your own.
